The workshop
series.

Six workshops, one teacher, groups capped small. Dates are announced to the email list and Instagram first — and they fill.

1 · Dates drop

Each workshop block is announced to the email list and Instagram first, with venue, level and price. Caps are small — 8 to 12 people depending on the space.

2 · Hold your spot

Reply to the announcement or send an enquiry naming the workshop. Spots are confirmed on payment; you'll get the venue details, what to wear and how to warm up beforehand.

3 · Train

Every workshop runs 90–120 minutes: full warm-up, progressive technique, and enough individual correction that you leave with homework matched to your body.

Upcoming dates are announced on Instagram and by email first. Private groups (studios, hens, teams) can book any workshop as a closed session.

Hear about the next round first

Email to get on the list — workshop announcements go out before they're public, and small caps mean the list usually fills them.

Workshop questions

How do I find out about dates?

Dates are announced to the email list and Instagram first, then publicly. Join the list from any page footer — announcements include venue, level, price and how to book.

Which workshop should I start with?

Contortion Foundations if you're new to flexibility work, Flex & Fluidity if you're an aerialist, Bendy Spins if you're a poler with some vocabulary. If you're genuinely unsure, email — you'll get an honest placement, not an upsell.

What happens if I miss a workshop I paid for?

Life happens — tell us as early as you can. With notice, your spot can usually be transferred to a friend or credited to the next round; no-shows on the day can't be refunded because the cap held a place for you.

Can I book a workshop privately for my studio or group?

Yes — any workshop runs as a closed session for studios, hens groups and teams, in your space or ours. Pricing depends on group size and travel; enquire with numbers and a rough date.

Do workshops repeat? What if this round is full?

The series runs in blocks year-round, so a full workshop is a delayed yes, not a no. Waitlisted people hear first when the next block is announced.
