Veronica Waite demonstrating a flexibility position

Australia-wide · $100 per session

Online coaching,
wherever you bend.

Live one-on-one contortion, flexibility and pole coaching over Zoom — because most of Australia doesn't have a contortion teacher within 500 km, and you shouldn't need one to train properly.

How a session runs.

  1. Set up

Prop your phone side-on against a wall. Veronica sees your whole line — that's all the studio you need.

  2. Assess

First session maps where you actually are: spine, shoulders, hips, and what your goal shape requires.

  3. Train

Sixty minutes of coached work — every rep cued and corrected live, at the intensity that suits your body that day.

  4. Program

You leave with homework built for your equipment and schedule. Train it between sessions; progress compounds.

Online coaching questions

Does flexibility coaching actually work over Zoom?

Yes — arguably better than most group classes. Flexibility and contortion progress on precise cueing and programming, not physical spotting. A phone propped side-on gives a clear view of your spine and lines, and you get sixty minutes of individual correction instead of a share of a room.

What do I need at home?

A phone or laptop with Zoom, a mat's worth of clear wall space, and household props — a chair, cushions, a strap or towel. Nothing specialised to start.

What times are available if I'm in WA or QLD?

Scheduling runs on Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) with morning and evening slots, which covers every Australian timezone — Perth students usually book Melbourne evenings. International times can usually be found too.

How does pricing work?

$100 per 60-minute session, or a 4-pack for $380. You'll usually leave each session with homework — most students book fortnightly and train the program between.

I'm a complete beginner. Is online still suitable?

Yes, and it's often the best entry point if there's no contortion teacher near you — which is true for most of Australia. Foundations are exactly what remote coaching handles well.
